Year 7 Bulletin

Posted on: 03 Dec 2020

Dear Families,

We hope that you are safe and well at this time. Year 7 is a pivotal point in any child's life. A time when they are developing from being a child into a young adult, a time to shed the old version and develop into another version of themselves.

This year, more than ever, the challenge for our Year 7s has been much greater; transitioning into a secondary school student without the usual social activities and with the added pressure of learning to learn differently. I'd like to congratulate all of our Year 7s for the resilience and fortitude that they have shown. With the same token, we would like to thank you all for your support over the last term, it is without a shadow of a doubt, that our students have done so well because of the strength of support from all of our Dunraven families.

With so much happening in our first term, we would like to provide you with some information and updates on the logistics of schooling during this time. Please read the parent bulletin at this link that will answer some of the common questions we have had from families.

As ever, if you'd like any further information, please do use SchoolComms to contact us.

Kind regards,

Year 7 team
