Curriculum
At Key Stage Three, students study a broad and balanced range of subjects. These include a core offer of English, Maths, Science, a Modern Foreign Language, History and Geography. In addition to this, students study a range of creative and practical disciplines including Art, Drama, Dance, Music, PE, Textiles, Resistant Materials and Information Technology. The curriculum gives room for students to experience a range of different learning opportunities including a week of activities and educational visits, Personal Social Health Citizenship and Economic Education and a host of visitors to school in order to bring the curriculum to life.
At Key Stage Four, students study core curriculum subjects, and may opt for a range of additional subjects to make up their academic portfolio. Details of our current offer are in the curriculum booklet linked below, and for some students, a vocational pathway working with partnership organisations may be available, as appropriate.
