Applications for Reception for September 2018

(for children born between 1 September 2013 and 31 August 2014)

The closing deadline for applications for Reception for September 2018 entry has now passed. The following gives an outline of the key dates/times in the Admissions process:

15 January 2018:   Closing deadline for applications.

February 2018:   Dunraven Governors’ Admissions Committee review applications received under the Social/Medical criteria and requests for deferred entry.

16 April 2018:   Pan-London Offer Day – Local Authorities will notify families of the offer of a school place.

17 April 2018:   Dunraven School will write directly to applicants who have a) been offered a place at the school or b) have not been offered a place and have not been offered a school of a higher preference on their Common Application Form.

w/b 30 April 2018:   Deadline for return of acceptances and waiting list information available.  Appeal packs available for those who wish to consider appealing the decision to not offer a school place. 

w/b 7 May 2018: Second round offers made for any places not accepted in the first round of offers. 

4 June 2018:   Closing deadline for submission of Appeals.

w/b 2 July 2018:   Appeals heard (dates and times to be confirmed)

You will receive notification of the date and time of your appeal at least 10 school days prior to your appeal.  Any additional evidence you wish the panel to consider will need to be submitted at least 5 days prior to your appeal.  You will receive written notification of the outcome of your appeal within five school days of the hearing, wherever possible.

Late applications may still be submitted. Please refer to our Admissions Policy for information about the process.  Information packs can be collected from the school office or you can download the documents from the links below.  The Supplementary Information Form is an online application which is accessed using the link below.

In-Year Admissions

Applications for Current Reception - Year 4 


For the 2017-18 academic year, our Primary has the year groups Reception to Year 4.  We will continue to grow year on year until we have Reception to Year 6 in 2019. If you wish to apply for the Primary phase for the current academic year 2017-18 (1 September 2017 to 31 August 2018), you can submit an online In-Year application which is in the link below.  

This form IS NOT for Reception applications for 2018 entry. For Reception for 2018 entry, please see the relevant admissions section above.

In-Year applications can only be made direct to the school using the online form linked below and can only be made for the current academic year. Applications from previous academic years do not apply. P lease note that you cannot apply in advance for the next academic year (2018-19).  If you wish to apply for 2018-19 academic year, the applications will begin at the end of August 2018.   Please see the Admissions Policy below and the Frequently Asked Questions for further information and for contact details for the Admissions department.
