The governing body has a wide range of responsibilities. Governors help to raise the standards of student achievement and plan the school's future direction. Governors are also accountable for the performance of the school to parents and the wider community.
The governing body is made up of 7 parent governors, 2 local authority governors, 4 staff governors, 2 community governors and 5 partnership governors.
Parent governor election - Result
Following the election on 11 February 2010, Gail Dawson was re-elected as Parent Governor for a further four-year term of office. We are grateful to all the other candidates for showing an interest in becoming a governor at Dunraven School.
